What's covered
- Frames and structural components: 5 years against manufacturing defects.
- Mechanisms (recliners, swivels, extension slides): 2 years.
- Cushions, upholstery, stone and finishes: 1 year against manufacturing defects.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents, pets, improper cleaning or exposure to direct sunlight or heat; natural variations in stone, wood and leather; and commercial use unless agreed in writing.
How to make a claim
Contact us through our contact page with your order number, photos and a short description. We'll respond within 2 business days. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
